in and out 
take a deep breath... 
open the door 
take a step 
step outside the door 
walk 
run 
feel the breeze on your face 
you are alive. 

slow down 
stop 
take off your sandals 
feel the grass under your feet 
lie down 
look up 
the sky is beautiful blue 
search for shapes in clouds
listen to the birds 
singing their song 
feel the warmth of the sun on your face. 
the world is beautiful. 

close your eyes 
and visualize this
every time you think 
you cannot breathe 
every time the walls close in on you 

every time everything seems meaningless 
every time your perception of the world shifts to negative 
remember 
you are alive! 
the world is Beautiful!
